Hi, everybody! How is it going? Is it cold? Yes, it is here! How about in your place? (I am getting to wonder with what words I should start on this blog. haha)
Today! Of course, I went for a jog! It was a little bit snowing, but it was okay. I wore a few layers, so while I was running, I was rather sweaty.
By the way, before I went for a jog, I called the Board of Education in my city to ask if I could visit them to turn in an application form of teacher. Mr. F told me that I could, so I made an appointment at 2:30 PM.
After I had vegetable soup I made as lunch, I took a small rest. (The vegetable soup was so so, but a little bit salty. :( )
After that, I wore my suit and left for the city hall by car. I could go there by train, but, as you know, I like driving. So I chose by car.
... However, that happened to me again! That is, I lost my way to the city hall. Whenever I go there and get close, I lose my way! I hate that area near the hall. It is very complicated!
Fortunately, I arrived there safely, and I headed to the office of the board of education.
As soon as I entered a parking area, I found out that there were a lot of cars (you can see how many cars there were), so I was wondering if there was a place that I could park. Luckily, one car left, so I could park my car very soon.
By the way, some cars in Japan have a yellow plate that means 軽自動車(Kei Jidousha), literally "small car." That kind of car has less than 660cc engine.
And here is today's point! When I tried to enter the office, there was a security guard asking me where I would go and why I came here. Then, I just realized that a few months ago, the former chairman of the board of education was attacked by a young man. The young man attacked the chairman because he thought that the accident that one student killed himself is due to the board of education and school teachers. That is why he hit the chairman's head by a hammer! What a meaningless behavior the young man did...
Since the attack happened, there has been a security guard in front of the office.
After that, I entered the office and ask one officer if there was Mr. F. He was there, so I submitted my application form and talked about the principals and my English teachers I had when I was a junior high school student.
I was surprised that he talked about only those things! I expected that he would ask more other things, such as why I want to be a teacher or if I took a teacher's exam last summer. This is because another city's board of education did that to me the other day. Is that normal in other cities? :(
After I met Mr. F, I went home soon. I was irritated that the the driver that drove behind me was terrible. He would have accidents! Anyway, I came home safely!
And then, I took a rest and went out again to buy a can of motorcycle chain cleaner and lube. Last weekend I cleaned the chain of my motorcycle and added lube on it. I thought that it was not enough. Yet, I ran out of a can of cleaner and lube. That is why I went to buy a new can of cleaner and lube.
On coming home, I cleaned the chain and added lube on it. It was cold honestly! And it was getting dark outside. Well... maybe it took more than 1 hour to finish cleaning and adding.
In order to apply lube on the chain, I rode for about 30 minutes. Hmmm... maybe I will need to add a little bit more lube.
Yeah, that is all for today! It was a not bad day, I think! See ya! ^o^/
P.S. I have been worried about you since I knew that you have a cold! I hope you will get better soon! So, please take a good enough rest and eat healthy food to get vitamins as I said!
